Accelerated Option

Students in NJIT's Albert Dorman Honors College interested in applying to medical or dental school after graduation may earn an Accelerated BS in Biomedical Engineering degree in three years.

Students not in the Honors College interested in applying to medical or dental school after graduation may earn an Accelerated BS in Engineering Science with Concentration in Biomedical Engineering for Pre-Health through NJIT's Engineering Science Program.

NJIT’s Biomedical Engineering Program (B.S. Biomedical Engineering) is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET under the Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering Program Criteria.
