Biography:- Dr. Sunita Mishra is the Chief Medical Officer for Amazon Health Services, which aims to make it dramatically easier to find, choose, afford, and engage with the services, products and professionals needed to get and stay healthy through offerings like Amazon Pharmacy, Amazon Clinic, and One Medical. Throughout her career, Dr. Mishra has been focused on developing models of care that create a sustainable clinician experience while delivering on a more high-quality, human experience for patients. She’s an internist and has practiced as a primary care physician for over 20 years in both the U.S. and Singapore. Prior to her current role as Chief Medical Officer for Amazon Health Services, Dr. Mishra scaled and ran the medical group for Amazon Care. She joined Amazon after spending eight years at Providence, where she served in several roles—including Vice President for Consumer Innovation and Chief Executive of Express Care. Dr. Mishra received her BA and MD from the University of Arizona, her clinical training from the University of Washington, and her MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Biography:- Dr. Vazquez is a Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Rutgers University. She began her career in industry at Intel Corporation and then completed a Doctor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She is a Fellow of the American Institute of Medical and Biological Engineers (AIMBE) and Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES). She received the 2023 AIMBE Professional Impact Award for her contributions to the inclusion of Health Disparities within Biomedical Engineering curricula, under/graduate training, and research developments.
Kay C. Dee, PhD, Associate Dean of Learning and Technology and Professor of Biology and Biomedical Engineering,, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Biography:- Kay C Dee is the Associate Dean of Learning & Technology as well as a Professor of Biomedical Engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Dr. Dee received a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in biomedical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Dr. Dee originally joined the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Tulane University, and then moved to Rose-Hulman, where she has served as the founding Director of the Rose-Hulman Center for the Practice and Scholarship of Education and an interim Head of the Department of Biology and Biomedical Engineering. Dr. Dee has received a number of awards, including the Rose-Hulman Alumni Association Honorary Alumnus Award, the state of Louisiana "Professor of the Year" award from the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, a CAREER award from the National Science Foundation, the Tulane University “Inspirational Undergraduate Professor” award, the Tulane University President’s Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching, the Graduate Alliance for Education in Louisiana Award for Excellence in Mentoring Minority Researchers, and more. She is a Fellow of the American Institute of Medical and Biomedical Engineers and an Associate Editor of the Journal of Biomedical Engineering Education.

Biography:- Arda Ural is the Americas Health Sciences and Wellness Industry Markets Leader. In this role, he is in service to our life sciences and healthcare professionals in North and South America, helping them to solve our clients’ most pressing issues at the C-suite level, building a sector community and upholding the principles of One EY. Arda also serves as the Market Segment Leader for the US-East Region. He has been the US Sector Leader for EY’s Life Sciences Transactions Advisory Services, Strategy & Operations practice, and Market Segment Leader for East Region Transactions Advisory. Arda has a proven track record in pharma, biotech and med tech industry with almost 30 years of experience in general management, corporate strategy, marketing, new product development, and M&A including acquisitions, spins, divestitures and mergers. Prior to joining EY, Arda was a Managing Director at another leading strategy firm, where he led the firm’s Life Sciences M&A Practice for six years. Earlier, Arda worked as a VP of Strategic Marketing and a BU Lead at Becton Dickinson, a leading medical technology company He also served as the SVP Marketing & Sales for a start-up biotechnology company Eyetech later acquired by Astellas. Arda started his career with Pfizer in Istanbul and subsequently relocated to New York where he held leadership roles for ten years in product commercialization and new product development, such as having launched Viagra worldwide and lead the Celebrex US business. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has over 50 publications concerning life sciences industry. Arda lives in NJ with his wife Chala and two sons.
