BME students present their research at the 2008 Society for Neuroscience Annual Meeting
BME students in DCBME Graduate students presented their latest research at the Society for Neuroscience (SFN) annual meeting in Washington, DC, November 15-19, 2008. SFN's primary mission of "Advancing the Understanding of the Brain and Nervous System" is achieved through lectures, symposia, and workshops with attendance of over 30,000. Joe Loverde, Mevan Siriwardane, and Yi Guo displayed their latest research in axon stretch-growth, fiber-guided axon growth and in-vitro traumatic brain injury modelling.
