Students are required to see their academic advisor each semester. Undergraduates seeking advisement must bring 2 forms to the advisor: the Curriculum form and the Registration form.  All are available for download below (in PDF format).

NOTE:

Fall 2004-Spring 2007 curriculum had a 1 credit increase to BME 495 and BME 496 (from 2 to 3 credits) and one credit reduction to BME 301 and 302 (from 4 to 3 credits).  Total degree credits remain 131.

In Fall 2008 Math 279 (2 credits, as compared to the 1-credit Math 225 previously required) was added to the curriculum (in response to ABET) and BME 383 was added as an option to the BME core; this increased the degree credits to 132.  New lab courses (BME 384, BME 385, and BME 386) were incorporated into the Biomechanics, Biomaterials, and Bioinstrumentation tracks, respectively.

For Fall 2009 and beyond, the credits for CS 101 changed from 2 to 3, and BME 304 was added to the core curriculum (each track forfeits an elective or track course to compensate). The total degree credits increased to 133.
